Disclosures

Every public result carries the same disclosure block, agreed before the work starts. This page defines what that block states and lists the lab's current disclosures.

What every public result discloses

Every public card and report states, next to the result:

Disclosure What it states
funding source Who paid for the work: the commissioning client, or AGmind itself for self-funded research.
hardware provenance Whether the unit under test is lab-owned, a loaner from a vendor, or shipped by the client.
configuration changes Whether AGmind was permitted to modify software or configuration, and whether it did. Modified configurations are labeled commissioned engineering — never presented as out-of-box results.
embargo status Whether publication was delayed under an agreed embargo. An embargo can delay a result; it cannot change it.
corrections history Which factual corrections the client made during the review round, plus any post-publication corrections recorded in the errata log.

These disclosures cannot be negotiated away: a client cannot require AGmind to hide the funding source, and factual review cannot remove a valid failure. The boundaries are defined in the independence policy.

Current disclosures

As of 28 July 2026:

  • The lab has no commissioned engagements. No published or in-progress work has been paid for by a vendor or client.
  • All published work is self-funded internal research, financed entirely by AGmind.
  • All test hardware is lab-owned. There are no loaner or client-shipped units in the lab.
  • No results are under embargo, and no corrections have been recorded.

This section is updated whenever any of the above changes — at the latest, with the first commissioned engagement.
